Nick Pabarcus
Executive Vice President
Nick Pabarcus, CMB, AMP brings 20 years of mortgage banking experience to his role as Senior Vice President, Wholesale Lending at Qualifi. He brings an analytical approach and broad knowledge of counterparty risk, manufacturing quality, file flow, margin management, organizational leadership, and sales disciplines to his leadership position. Prior to joining the company, Nick served with Bank of America's Correspondent Lending Division and held various management positions within the enterprise. He is active with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) as a CMB (Certified Mortgage Banker), AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) and is a graduate of the MBA's Future Leaders Program. In addition, he is an instructor with MBA’s Education Group and is engaged in the advocacy effort through the Mortgage Action Alliance.
Allyson Foley
Executive Vice President, Operations
Allyson Foley started her career with North American before joining Wells Fargo. She has had multiple leadership roles that include, but are not limited to, Mortgage IT, First Magnus, Bank of America, Mr. Cooper, and Cardinal. Allyson is a key component of the leadership team, given her breadth of experience.
Jonathan McCash
Executive Vice President, Sales
Jon McCash brings a wealth of experience in Wholesale mortgage banking with over 20 years of experience directly in the Wholesale channel. He is passionate about building and leading sales teams through sales disciplines, developing and implementing sales strategies, and consistently achieving top-performance levels in annual production. Previously, Jon has served as Regional Vice President for Qualifi Lending and worked for MetLife, and he has held sales positions at Bank of America and Countrywide.
Ryan Rathert
SVP, Director of Wholesale
Ryan Rathert possesses more than 15 years of mortgage banking experience with a primary focus in third-party lending. He has been a part of the Qualifi leadership team in several roles and has also held senior leadership positions at Wells Fargo and Mr. Cooper in a variety of areas, including finance, operations, retail, joint venture, correspondent, and Wholesale lending.
